1) About ZovraSync

ZovraSync helps you transform your pet's photos into delightful masterpieces. You can capture or import images, add hats, glasses, hairstyles, and accessories, adjust layouts, save and organize creations, and revisit your creative journey through historic edits.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).

  • Information you provide: account information (name, username, email); support communications; and content you choose to provide (photos/images and optional text submitted for creation/editing).
  • Information collected automatically: device information; usage statistics; crash logs and diagnostic data.
  • Location information (only with permission): precise or approximate location depending on your settings and permission choice.
  • Cookies / similar technologies (for web-based parts, if any): used for login sessions and preferences (may include web beacons).

3) AI-Related Processing (Photos and Text)

Some features may process photos/images (and optional text) on our own servers to generate or edit content.

Key points:

  • Processing location: uploaded photos/images or text are processed on our own servers under our control.
  • No third-party sharing for AI processing: we do not share AI-processing uploads with any third party.
  • No training/marketing: uploads are not used to train models and are not used for advertising or marketing.
  • Deletion after processing: uploads are deleted immediately after processing is complete (or as soon as technically feasible for delivery), except where required for error handling or legal compliance.
  • Your control: you control whether to upload and whether to generate content.

4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information

  • No biometric identification: we do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or create biometric templates.
  • One-time processing: photos/images are processed one time for the requested output, then deleted from our servers as described above.
  • Default local storage: your creations and historic edits are stored on your device by default.
  • Not for training/marketing: photos/images are not used for training or marketing.

5) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, core features).
  • Personalize your experience (preferences, organization of creations).
  • Improve the Service (analytics, performance measurement, debugging, crash analysis).
  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Customer support.
  • Legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information.

6) How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only when necessary and in limited circumstances:

  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • Service providers/processors that help operate the Service (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support tooling), only as necessary and under confidentiality/data protection obligations.
  • Legal reasons (to comply with law or lawful requests).
  • Protect rights and safety (enforce terms, prevent harm, protect users and the Service).

For AI-related processing, we do not share the uploaded photos/images or text with any third party.

7) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encryption (in transit and at rest where applicable), access controls, regular reviews/audits, and backups.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Data Retention

  • Account information: retained while your account is active.
  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless legal retention is required).
  • Usage statistics: up to 12 months.
  • Support communications: up to 6 months.
  • AI uploads: deleted immediately after processing is complete (or as soon as technically feasible).

10) Your Rights and Choices

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/ object to certain processing, and withdraw consent (where applicable).

11) Children and Age Requirement (17+)

The Service is intended for individuals aged 17 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice.

14) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may seek relief in small claims court if your claim qualifies.
